From flow to TeamFlow
A musician who forgets everything around them during a performance. A programmer completely absorbed in a complex problem. Flow is a well-known individual experience, but teams can also experience moments when everything comes together. From Csikszentmihalyi's flow research to Van den Hout's TeamFlow model: what happens when a team truly becomes absorbed in its work?

The seven prerequisites for TeamFlow
You cannot order TeamFlow on demand. You can, however, work on the seven prerequisites that make it possible: from collective ambition and a common goal to safety and mutual commitment. In part 2 we walk through all seven, with recognisable examples from practice, and see why one weak link can still hold back an otherwise strong team.

How do you get a team into flow?
We know the theory now. But how do you actually get a team into flow? In this final part we turn to practice: measuring what is really going on, choosing the right intervention, anchoring new behaviour with the PACE cycle and following the development with TeamInsights. Because team development is not an event, it is a cycle.
